Charleston Home + Design Magazine teamed up with Hunter Quinn Homes to host a stunning event to celebrate the launch of the fall 2024 issue. The Chadwick, located at 2211 Sally Gaillard Lane in Mount Pleasant gave guests an up-close look at the craftsmanship and design behind one of Charleston’s most exciting new builds. Attendees were welcomed into the beautifully staged home by Hyer Home, where they could explore the fine materials and interior design selections of this standout project.

The open-concept design seamlessly flowed onto a patio, illuminated by string lights and perfect for an evening under the stars. With cocktail tables set up in the backyard, the outdoor space offered an inviting atmosphere for mingling with a bar serving up craft cocktails, a photo booth, s’mores station, and a putting green. Catering was expertly handled by Hamby Catering, serving up a delicious spread of light bites and charcuterie. As a special treat, guests enjoyed custom HQ cookies as favors. Entertainment for the evening was headlined by local musician Seth G., who played live outside, while background music created a welcoming ambiance indoors. Guests were also treated to a glam booth by Lowcountry Photo Booth, adding a fun and interactive element to the event. With thoughtful touches like a convenient shuttle service from nearby parking, the event was a true celebration of Charleston’s home and design scene, honoring the contributions of our valued partners who helped make the launch of our fall 2024 issue one to remember.
