Charleston Home + Design’s Building Industry Networking Party Sponsored by West Elm and Carolina Energy Conservation

Kick off the Charleston Home + Design Show with an opening-night event created for the Lowcountry’s building and design professionals. The Building Industry Networking Party brings together builders, architects, designers, and industry partners for an evening focused on connection, conversation, and collaboration.

Join the party on Friday, January 30, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Set against Charleston Harbor, the venue provides an easygoing yet elevated backdrop for networking. Guests enjoy complimentary beer and wine, a cash bar, and a catered menu featuring shrimp & grits, bacon-wrapped scallops, stuffed mushrooms, and slider sandwiches. A live DJ keeps the energy up throughout the evening.

This event goes beyond socializing. It gives industry professionals the chance to reconnect with peers, meet new collaborators, and build relationships that carry into future projects. As Charleston’s only custom home show, the Charleston Home + Design Show attracts the region’s most engaged professionals, making opening night a strategic place to start meaningful conversations.

Guests may purchase $25 tickets, making it easy to bring colleagues or team members. Purchase here!

The evening is proudly sponsored by West Elm and Carolina Energy Conservation, brands that support thoughtful design and forward-thinking building solutions.
