Charleston Home + Design Magazine is looking for an Executive Assistant Intern to provide administrative and organizational support for company leadership.

Responsibilities may include:
Helping keep tasks, notes, documents, and priorities organized
Assisting with scheduling, calendar coordination, and follow-ups
Organizing emails, files, lists, and project details
Supporting event planning and magazine-related projects
Preparing simple reports, reminders, and task lists
Providing general administrative support as needed
Ideal candidate:
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Strong communicator
Comfortable with email, Google Drive, spreadsheets, and basic office tools
Able to take direction and follow through
Professional, positive, and willing to learn
Interested in media, publishing, marketing, business, or events
