Story by Micaela Arnett / February 6, 2024

St. Pierre Construction worked to maintain this Sullivans Island home’s historic interior and exterior elements while also adding 1,600 square feet to the backside. The extensive U-shaped addition took form complete with a new garage,  pool, and guest house.

New Additions

Guest House

This home’s interior received as much preservation as it did on the outside, with rooms lined in original beadboard detail and brick fireplaces and chimneys, some double-sided, were also restored to full working condition by St. Pierre Construction.

Kitchen

By keeping the existing heart pine flooring, beadboard walls, and archways, the original charm of the home was preserved among the upgraded design choices.
