These homeowners explored the imaginative design possibilities with local pool experts for their outdoor living space while striving to create a family-friendly backyard retreat. After Jamari Jones and Sandra Perez of Clear Blue Pools, Inc. discussed the homeowner’s goals for their backyard renovation, the design process and planning began.
“Their vision was to create an inviting space accessible to each generation of the family,” Sandra explains. The homes backyard transformed from a basic outdated pool into a resort-style oasis while keeping in mind accessibility.
Attention to detail elevates visual charm and comfortability. The outdoor living space is enhanced with the installation of a spa and spill-over edge as well as a swim bar, bubblers, bench seating and a tanning ledge.
The addition of a tanning ledge provided a safe space for children to enjoy the water under supervision, thanks to its shallow depth. Additionally, it doubles as a comfortable area for sunbathing. Ensuring designated spots for umbrellas was important, as it offers shade for those looking to stay cool and out of the sun.
“The end result was not just remarkable, but it brought immense joy to the homeowners and garnered numerous compliments. It surpassed the client’s expectations, leaving them thoroughly satisfied,” Sandra says.
