The Making of Blackwater Acres Alpaca Farm on Johns Island

Jodi Crosby of Crosby Creations Home Designs carefully planned the position and layout of Blackwater Acres for owners Danelle and Robby Routhier. The new rustic structures were designed to complement the land, incorporating customizations that fit the farmhouse lifestyle. Built by Wally Reddington of Canebrake Construction, each structure is deeply rooted in the landscape, blending seamlessly with its surroundings.
