Story by Micaela Arnett / December 7, 2022
Named after the historic Cooper and Ashley Rivers, two of 82 Queen’s updated dining rooms are totally palm springs adjacent with a bright pink and green color palette and their swanky visual appeal.
Brothers and owners, Jonathan and Patrick Kisch commissioned these dining room remodels by Charleston Property Renovations and hired interior designer Candice Hilse to create contrasting but cohesive design schemes.
Jean’s Custom Workroom outfitted both spaces with custom, restaurant-friendly window treatments and drapery that complement the two distinctly different wallpapers selected by Candice.
Gold french return hardware by Le Fer Forge adds an element of cohesion between both rooms.
Jean worked to find a matching performance fabric for the bottom of the drapes, as she recommends this for restaurants and other public spaces for durability and easy stain removal.
