Charleston Cabinets Inc. designer Niki Komorek approached this historic renovation with an eye for color, flow, and functionality, no small feat in a landmark home with complex structural quirks.
This unique layout meant that the plumbing and electrical systems were outdated and not to code, necessitating a complete reconfiguration. To accommodate modern, high-end appliances and improve circulation, the team adjusted the island placement and created custom cabinetry in a soft sage green.
The owner’s vision for a vibrant blend of Charleston charm and Palm Beach playfulness came to life through curated finishes, layered textures, and a palette of soft pinks and greens. This was her third historic renovation with Charleston Cabinets, Inc., a testament to their longstanding partnership.
