Custom cabinets by Advanced Kitchen Designs of Charleston provided this Johns Island family with fabulous functionality in their home’s most used spaces.

The wet bar is complete with a secondary sink, wine tower, and fridge drawers adjacent to the floating island which makes for a convenient prep space.

Next to the kitchen, their mud room built-ins boast a rich coat of ‘Isle of Pines’ by Sherwin-Williams.

Reclaimed lumber and exposed brick make the second mudroom a nice place to kick off dirty boots. The clever built-ins designed by Advanced Kitchen Designs  provide durable storage for outdoor gear.

A custom furniture-style vanity in the powder room contrasts the palm print wallpaper and bright blue wainscoting selected by interior designer Jennifer Ferrel of Riverside Designers.

In the primary bathroom, natural white oak vanities mirror one another with custom upper and base cabinets.
