The goal of this restoration was to preserve the property’s storied past while creating functional, inviting outdoor living spaces. The existing courtyard and rooftop were originally underutilized, lacking the comforts needed for everyday living. Guided by old photographs and family relics, Randall of Palm Casual transformed these areas into versatile spaces for sitting, dining, and entertaining.

Bright patio umbrellas were added to enhance comfort, providing shade and a vibrant pop of color against the harbor’s ever-changing backdrop.
