East Cooper Luxury Home Tour Details:
- FRIDAY 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Walk through seven custom-built homes, including the rebuilt “Wedding Cake House” on Sullivan’s Island.
- Tickets $50 plus tax.

Thank you for your interest in the East Cooper Luxury Home Tour. Online ticket sales have ended. Tickets are still available for purchase in person at the Tour Ticket Pickup Location: Steven Shell Living, located at 640 Coleman Blvd. in Mt. Pleasant. Please stop by Steven Shell Living beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 30, 2026, to purchase tickets (credit card only).
