The owners of this fifth-floor condo downtown called on the expertise of Palmetto Craftsmen, Inc. to spearhead their penthouse plan. Their goal was to expand their current condo as they purchased the neighboring units on either side. Zack King of Palmetto Craftsmen, Inc. remarks, “This is the only fifth-floor carriage house in Charleston.”
