A 1967 James Island home underwent a complete renovation of its left wing, with a local team of home professionals working together on the impactful upgrade. With surface materials custom-fabricated by Palmetto Surfacing, durability and daily use were top of mind throughout the design. Remodeled in partnership with Artisan Custom Homes, the project focused on the kitchen, dining area, butler’s pantry, laundry room, and powder room, emphasizing longevity and material integrity.
Waterfall-edge island fabricated by Palmetto Surfacing with Mont Blanc marble sourced from Charleston Cosmos Granite & Marble.
Mont Blanc marble extends along the kitchen’s perimeter countertops and the mitered shelves of the custom-built beverage station.
