Sneak Peek: What You’ll Find at the East Cooper Luxury Home Tour

Tickets on sale now for the East Cooper Luxury Home Tour happening January 30 in conjunction with the Charleston Home + Design show. Tickets include access to all 7 homes on the tour, plus access to the home show’s opening night party at Patriots Point in Mount Pleasant. 

Carolina Machine Finishing, the Charleston Home Builders Association, and Charleston Home + Design present the East Cooper Luxury Home Tour on Friday, January 30, offering local homeowners a hands-on design experience for new-construction or renovation projects. A ticketed event, the home tour offers a rare chance to step inside a collection of private custom homes and experience thoughtful design in person.

A self-guided look inside select custom homes in the Charleston area, each showcasing the work of top local builders, architects, and interior designers. Builders and design professionals for each home will be on hand to answer questions and highlight architectural details, finishes, and layout solutions that homeowners can adapt to their own projects.

Tickets are still available for purchase in person at the Tour Ticket Pickup Location: Steven Shell Living, located at 640 Coleman Blvd. in Mt. Pleasant. Please stop by Steven Shell Living beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 30, 2026, to purchase tickets (credit card only).

At Steven Shell Living, you will also receive your Tour Packet, which includes a Tour Ticket, Tour Booklet, a pair of booties to wear while walking through each home, and a wristband that grants you entry into each home.
