On top of new paint on the walls, ceilings, and trim, this home’s interior renovation included all new doors, can lighting, outlet covers, decorative light fixtures, full powder room remodel, staircase remodel, custom cabinetry, all new plumbing fixtures, an added loft, entryway built-ins, and new white oak hardwood flooring.

This whole-home renovation’s thoughtful storage additions allow for the homeowner’s personal items to be securely locked when the space is rented out to guests. The guest bedrooms feature custom built-in wardrobes with extra storage cubbies.
These built-ins save space in the bedroom, eliminating the need for a large dresser, and maximizing existing closet space. In another guest bedroom, a custom-built ladder leads up to a cleverly designed loft to sleep even more guests.
